Established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, CP Axtra AC Corporation was formed by ACX Holdings and CP Axtra subsidiary Makro ROH Co., Ltd. to lead the development, operation, and expansion of Makro stores nationwide. The company aims to deliver a refreshed and modern wholesale retail experience tailored to the evolving needs of Filipino consumers and businesses.
The partnership combines ACX Holdings’ deep understanding of the Philippine market and strong local retail ecosystem with CP Axtra’s proven leadership and extensive expertise in wholesale and grocery retail operations across Asia.
