Our process is straightforward and designed to find the best fit for both you and the role:

• Step 3: Interview — Meet the Hiring Manager and/or senior leadership via Microsoft Teams or in person

• Step 5: Offer — If you’re selected, you’ll receive a formal Job Offer Letter via email

Yes. Basic and Interviews at Makro Philippines are conducted either via Microsoft Teams (video call) or in person at our Head Office or store location. Depending on the role, you may be interviewed by:



• The Hiring Manager and/or Department Head
• The Store General Manager and/or Assistant Store General Manager (for store-level roles)
• Senior Leadership (for managerial positions)



We use a structured interview format to keep things fair and consistent. For supervisory and managerial roles, expect behavioral-based questions — we want to hear real examples of how you’ve handled situations in the past.
